• Start Shuttles are available to purchase until 31 January 2026 or until capacity is reached.
• Each time slot has limited spaces and is filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• If you miss your booked shuttle, you may join the next one only if space is available.

Terms and Conditions:

• Start Shuttle tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Shuttle times cannot be changed once booked.
• Each ticket is valid for one person and one one-way transfer from your selected pick-up point and time to the Burj2Burj start area.
• If you miss your shuttle, joining a later one is subject to availability.
