Sub 1h30: Submit Your Proof

If you've selected the Sub 1h30 start batch for Burj2Burj 2026, you'll need to provide proof of your qualifying time. This isn't optional, and the deadline is 30 November 2025. Here's exactly how to do it and what proof we accept.

How to Add or Update Your Pace Proof

  1. Log in to your participant profile in Haku
  2. Find the Burj2Burj race, then navigate to: Your Events, Upcoming Events, View Registration
  1. Scroll down to "Proof required for entry to 1h29 batch" and paste a link to your proof
  1. Click the "Save" button and you're done

What Proof Is Accepted

We accept a time certificate from an official running event or a link to the results webpage of an official running event. Both need to show either:

  • Sub 42 minutes for 10km
  • Sub 1h29 for 21km

What Is Not Accepted

Any proof showing a time higher than 1h30, or personally tracked runs through Strava, Garmin, Runna, or similar apps. Official race results only.

What Happens Next

Once you provide proof in an accepted format through your Haku profile, your application will be reviewed and an update shared with you via email in a few weeks. The cut-off date for supplying proof is 30 November 2025.

Start batch changes are not guaranteed at the bib collection desk at the Burj2Burj Expo, so don't leave this until race weekend.

We recommend updating your proof as soon as possible so you don't miss the deadline. If you cannot provide the required proof, you can select a different start batch instead.

Please remember, if you do not provide acceptable proof, you will be allocated to the last start batch and security will not allow you into the Sub 1h29 batch at the start. We're serious about keeping the start batches fair and safe for everyone.
